Ben Newman has practiced civil litigation in Florida since 1994, representing both defendants and plaintiffs in a variety of areas including personal injury, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, premises liability, and product liability. Ben Newman is a shareholder with the law firm of Bobo, Ciotoli, Bocchino, Newman & Corsini, P.A. with offices in Orlando, North Palm Beach, and Bonita Springs.

While he continues to practice law, Ben Newman has devoted a significant portion of his professional time as a Certified Mediator. He is committed to a proactive yet fair approach to mediation with an emphasis on exploring all reasonable avenues for resolving cases. Ben Newman received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from American University in Washington, D.C. and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami. He is a member of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators, the Defense Research Institute, and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Voile Williams Inn of Court.

Ben Newman is a Certified Mediator for all circuit and county courts in Florida. He is also a Federal Court Mediator for the Middle District of Florida.

Mediation services are billed at $250 an hour. There is no charge for travel within one hour of Orlando. Travel beyond the first hour is billed at one-half the hourly rate.
